They did a really great job. They were prompt, clean and organized. If there was something wrong,
then the owner came back and fixed it. I had a flood in my basement and so the insurance company sent
someone to take care of it. However, they left the gas lines open, but the guys from Cosello Construction found it and fixed it for me. The owner also came out in short notice to give me an estimate for another business since I am a realtor. He did a good job and gave me a price on a weekend. I would use their services in the future too.

From the very beginning, Andrew Cosello was professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a fair
and appropriate estimate for the job. He communicated well with us throughout the entire job - from
informing us as to when the job would begin as well as updates about how long the job would take. He was thorough and complete with a wonderful attention to detail. I was so pleased with his work and his team that we are asking him to return to remodel our bathroom and to do some carpentry work. I feel that I have finally found an honest and reliable contractor that I can call upon for our future projects.

Andrew and his team were amazing! The project took several days (demolish and rebuild a staircase
and supporting wall). They were on time EVERY day and truly cared about my property. They hung
plastic and ensured that the dirt/dust from the project did not permeate the rest of the house. At the end of each day, they cleaned up so well it was if they were not there - disruption was minimal, which is critical since I work from home. The team is extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. The estimate was on target (we did not go over) and they even installed a peep-hole in my door for free! I am now working with them on Phase II projects.

Andrew came out quickly to give me an estimate and was very knowledgeable of how to fix my
foundation moisture problems. Over all it was a very positive experience. They were personable,
punctual and showed up when they said they would. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of work; they did and excellent job. I would definitely use them again

Overall we were very pleased with the work of Andrew and his team. They always arrived on time,
worked as neatly as possible, and respected the fact that we were living in the house during this
renovation. This being our only bathroom, they set up a temporary shower for us in our basement. The few issues that came up were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. For example, this project involved a lot of intricate tile work in the shower. There was one 18x18 tile that was not flush with the wall. They took the time to explain the issue and potential solutions, and ultimately fixed it to our satisfaction.

We used Cosello Construction to repair the entire frame of our home where termites had destroyed
the sill plate and wood frame of our house. It was a big job as it was the entire length of the house up to
6 feet on some sides. They were FANTASTIC!!! They were very professional, on time everyday, worked quickly and did great work. Best of all they were very affordable and nice to boot! I highly recommend them and plan to use them again at my new house. :)

Hello! I'm looking to get a dishwasher installed where a 30" W X 33 1/2" H kitchen cabinet currently is. It is adjacent to a sink with a garbage disposal, so hooking up water, drain, and electric should be fairly simple. I'm also looking to get 3 salvaged doors fitted and placed into existing door frames. Thanks!

My fiance and I are in the process of purchasing a home under a 203 (k) loan. I was purchasing the home from a local contractor, who was agreeable to not only selling us the home, but had drawn up plans and was willing to be the contractor on completing the home renovation upon us purchasing it. Unfortunately, the contractor we are working with has raised some red plans for us moving forward with him doing the actual home renovations. So we are in the position of trying to find a new contractor as we continue with purchasing the home from the original contractor and wanted to reach out to see if we could get a bid from you, if you have time to possibly take on this project. The home is located at 2508 Federal Street in Philadelphia, PA 19146. Some reno work has been done on the existing structure prior to sale, by the contractor that owns the place. It currently is a 2 story home with a basement. I can provide the concept plans for what was intended to be a 3 story build however we are only considering building a 2 story home. We would build the 1st floor and the master suite on the 2nd Floor. Plans were to tear down the existing dwelling to the foundation (with the street facing wall to remain). The existing foundations are to be underpinned and new foundation poured to extend the home by 14 feet in the rear of the property. We currently approved for a 203K loan and a HUD inspector has visited the property. We are flexible with schedule as we understand finding a new contractor can take some time. We are a month away from closing and can not start construction till a little after that. If you would like to view the property, please do whenever it is convenient for you. The property is not currently secured and can be entered at any time that is convenient for you. If you would like us to come with you to see it, we can make arrangements for that as well. Thank you for your time and understanding. We are first time home buyers, navigating this complex process and we are excited to be building our dream home.

Hello, I would like an estimate for some work on our master bath and kitchen. Thank you, Danielle

We need to have a bathroom shower fixed and a 2nd floor wall of plaster replaced. Bathroom: The previous homeowner put in a tiled shower but failed to put a concrete slab or pan below it. As a result, the shower floor is buckling and the grouting is popping out. There also might be damage below the shower floor that needs to be ripped out and fixed too. We need a quote for 1) demolition of shower tile and replacing the tile with tile 2) demolition of the shower tile and replacing the tile with a bathtub. 2nd Floor Wall: the plaster is coming off of the wall and needs to be replaced or ripped out. Want a quote for 1) ripping out the plaster 2) replacing the plaster. Thanks - preferred to be contacted by email. - Karl Hirt

I am looking for a quote to renovate a master bathroom, and to a lesser extent, redo 2 other bathrooms in the house. There are also a few other updates as well, including possibly replacing a stairway wall with railing and possibly redoing the basement floor with polished concrete. We are located in the Fairmount area of Philadelphia. Thanks, Matt

Hello. I need some assistance and hoping you can help. My rehab property in South Philly is about 70% done but at a stand still right now. It requires about 3 full weeks of work- bathroom remodel, a little kitchen (tile work), finishes in the Basement, and some misc. items around the house. It also needs permits pulled from the city. I am trying to find a reliable licensed contractor and his crew to come in and finish the job as quickly as possible. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in talking more about. Thank you!
